Leighton is the TRAINING DIRECTOR of Partners Dog Training, and responsible for the overall school. He has been in the animal industry for about 25 years, and has worked with or supervised more than 27,000 dogs.

Monika has been with Partners Dog Training since 1998, and is the HEAD TRAINER.

Her responsibilities include managing training operations, evaluating behaviors, devising training programs, and overseeeing classes.

Kalina has been with Partners Dog Training since 1999, and is the OFFICE MANAGER.

Her responsibilities include all office functions, scheduling, client service and keeping everything on schedule.

Debbie worked with Leighton in 2002, producing and marketing the talk show, Partners Pet Talk on KCTK.

In 2006 she joined Partners as the Public Relations and Marketing Manager.

Reponsibilities include all promotions, liason with vets, and promoting Leighton's speaking engagements.
